Hey, I wanted to privately say a few things. The past couple days, you have argued with everything I've tried to communicate. I am a bit surprised by this, as you were the one who brought me in to fix the most glaring problems with [LABOR] reform. The guidelines ["Not Us, Me"] and I have established did just that.
You're a mod with us on [BERNIE_SUB] and [PROGRESSIVE_SUB], so I am a bit surprised that you don't seem to understand the way we operate. Those modteams aren't a democracy. It's a project headed by ["Not Us, Me"] and myself in close collaboration with a handful of our friends. When [LABOR]reform was handed to us, it became a part of that project.
So I am sorry if it makes you uncomfortable, but ["Not Us, Me"] and I will absolutely act as a hand on the kill switch if this team goes astray. We will do this because we are experienced and know how to avoid basic mistakes and because it is our project to run.
If that is not agreeable to you, then I'm afraid this is where we part ways.
